Phenomenal Couples — Full Service

Phenomenal Couples are totally busy and recognize their need for a professional to take the ball and run with it. The Phenomenal experience is full service and pre wedding offers a design and décor blueprint, a working budget; site and vendor selection referrals; contract negotiations; and, favor selection assistance. We can assist with guest lodging management, direction or attendance at your rehearsal, etiquette advice, and will provide a customized wedding day itinerary:

Outstanding Couples — Partial Planning

Outstanding Couples have already begun planning their wedding and have some of their vendors but need some assistance with final vendor selection and with overall design for the wedding day. They also want professional management on that special day.

An Outstanding experience is partial service. We will review contracts with your pre-selected vendors; provide one to three referrals for unidentified vendors; make suggestions for changes in your design where appropriate, direct or attend your rehearsal and provide a customized wedding day itinerary.

Awesome Couples — Wedding Day Direction

Awesome Couples acknowledge a desire to plan their wedding and recognize the need for freedom from the stress of wedding day management. The Awesome experience begins at least two months before your wedding and offers a two hour in person meeting to review the wedding design you have created, and a two hour meeting to finalize all plans the month before the wedding.
We will review your contracts and make suggestions for changes where appropriate; create a customized wedding day itinerary, and direct or attend your rehearsal.

Wedding Day Services — All Levels

For all service levels we manage your processional. We will manage ceremony and reception set up and tear down, all reception activities, vendor contract fulfillment, movement of gifts, collection of items to be retained by couple, and final vendor payments/gratuities. Throughout the process Red Carpet Events will provide support and guidance to you and your families and be available to assist you in the creation of an event that is uniquely you.

Magnificent Couples — Plan And Turn Over

Magnificent Couples recognize the need for a professional during the wedding planning process. But, they truly desire the personalization a family member or friend to manage their wedding day. The Magnificent experience offers a personalized wedding workbook and consultation appointments as needed to plan your dream wedding. Pre-wedding we provide a working budget; site selection referral; vendor referrals; contract negotiations; favor selection; assistance with guest lodging arrangements; direct or attend your rehearsal; provide etiquette expertise; develop your complete wedding design and provide a customized wedding day itinerary. One month before your wedding day we will meet with your designate to review implementation of your wedding day plans. One week before your special day we will provide a specialized itinerary of your wedding to all vendors.
