Our services include but are not limited to:

Pre-Event

We will decide theme and décor design, you will be provided a working budget; site selection referrals; vendor selection referrals; contract negotiations; menu and giveaway selection assistance. We also assist with signage, guest lodging management, transportation needs, program rehearsal and/or direction, etiquette advice, and a customized event day itinerary.

Event Day

We will manage set up and tear down, vendor management and contract fulfillment, movement of relevant items, collection of items as needed, and final vendor payments/gratuities. We will also manage any programs defined for the event. Red Carpet Events assists you in a seamless, wonderful affair.
